User Responsibilities

Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or denial of service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts or unauthorized access may compromise security and violate platform policies. You agree to use ShoPilipinas solely for lawful purposes. This includes compliance with local and international trade laws, customs regulations, and product safety standards. Users must refrain from purchasing items listed in our Prohibited Purchase Items section. These may include restricted goods, counterfeit products, or items banned by customs authorities. You are expected to monitor your orders and respond promptly to platform notifications. Delays in communication may affect order fulfillment and shipping timelines. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of suppliers and ShoPilipinas. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of sourced products may result in legal consequences. You agree not to interfere with platform operations, including attempting to reverse-engineer features, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt service availability. Users are encouraged to report suspicious activity, technical issues, or policy violations. Your feedback helps us maintain a safe and efficient environment for all users. Payment and Fees

All payments for ShoPilipinas services must be made through approved channels listed on our Payment Guide. These may include bank transfers, e-wallets, or other secure payment gateways. Users are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments. Delays or discrepancies may result in service interruptions, order holds, or additional fees. ShoPilipinas reserves the right to adjust service fees, including transit charges, handling fees, and sourcing commissions. Any changes will be communicated in advance via platform announcements or email. Fee structures vary depending on order type, shipping method, and destination. Users are encouraged to review the Payment Guide before placing orders to avoid misunderstandings. All fees are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates may apply for international transactions. Invoices and receipts are generated automatically and accessible via the user dashboard. These documents serve as proof of payment and may be required for customs or accounting purposes. ShoPilipinas does not offer credit terms or postpaid arrangements unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. All orders must be prepaid to initiate processing. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions, such as supplier cancellation, product unavailability, or verified service errors. Users must submit refund requests within the designated timeframe. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension. Users are encouraged to resolve issues through our support team. ShoPilipinas is not responsible for third-party transaction fees, bank charges, or delays caused by financial institutions. Users should confirm payment completion and retain proof of transfer.

Prohibited Activities

ShoPilipinas enforces a strict policy against prohibited activities to maintain platform integrity and user safety. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action. Users are prohibited from purchasing or distributing illegal, restricted, or counterfeit goods. This includes items banned by customs authorities or those that violate intellectual property laws. Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at ShoPilipinas staff, suppliers, or other users will not be tolerated. All communication must remain professional and respectful. Users may not resell ShoPilipinas services or impersonate ShoPilipinas in any capacity without written authorization. Unauthorized representation may result in legal consequences. Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware through the platform is strictly prohibited. Users must ensure their devices and accounts are secure and free from malicious software. Violations of this section may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Termination

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, fraudulent behavior, repeated policy violations, harassment, misuse of services, and failure to comply with payment obligations. Users may also request voluntary account termination by contacting customer support. All outstanding transactions, fees, and obligations must be settled before the account is closed. Upon termination, access to the platform, order history, and account features will be revoked. ShoPilipinas may retain certain data for legal and operational purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may issue warnings or temporary suspensions before terminating an account, depending on the severity of the violation. However, serious breaches may result in immediate and permanent termination. ShoPilipinas is not liable for any losses or disruptions resulting from account termination. Users are responsible for backing up important data and resolving pending transactions prior to closure. In cases of suspected criminal activity, ShoPilipinas may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and share relevant data to support investigations. Users who have been terminated may not re-register or access the platform under a different identity without written permission. Attempts to circumvent termination may result in legal action. Limitation of Liability

ShoPilipinas is not responsible for these external impacts. Our liability is limited to the value of the services directly provided by ShoPilipinas. We do not assume responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions. Users are responsible for verifying product specifications, supplier reliability, and shipping timelines before placing orders. ShoPilipinas provides tools and support but does not guarantee outcomes. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to technical issues. Users should report problems promptly so we can investigate and resolve them. ShoPilipinas is not liable for damages resulting from user negligence, misuse of the platform, or failure to follow guidelines. This includes incorrect order details, unauthorized access, or violation of trade laws. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, ShoPilipinas’ liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users agree to indemnify ShoPilipinas against claims arising from their use of the platform, including legal fees, penalties, and damages resulting from violations or disputes. This limitation of liability clause is essential to maintaining a fair and balanced relationship between ShoPilipinas and its users.
